EU fragrance allergen reporting for finished products and raw materials

INNORMA prepares EU fragrance allergen reports from saved formula compositions and active allergen rules. It supports finished cosmetic product declarations as well as raw material and fragrance concentrate statements for supply-chain documentation.

Finished cosmetic product reports

For finished products, INNORMA applies the relevant leave-on or rinse-off declaration threshold and reports allergens present above the threshold in the final product.

  • Leave-on threshold logic.
  • Rinse-off threshold logic.
  • Application type can be selected or reviewed by the user.
  • Report outputs are based on the saved formula composition and available allergen profiles.

Raw material and concentrate statements

For raw materials and fragrance concentrates, INNORMA generates a broader matrix-style report showing regulated allergens for supply-chain communication.

  • Full 81-allergen matrix PDF for raw materials and concentrates.
  • Present regulated allergens calculated from composition data.
  • Suitable for supplier/customer documentation workflows.

Connected to formula composition

Allergen reports are useful only if they stay connected to the formula. INNORMA calculates allergen contributions from the full composition, including direct allergens and contributions from materials or saved formula components where profiles are available.

Why this matters

A single regulated allergen can appear through multiple ingredients, natural extracts, bases, and supplier profiles. Manual aggregation across a full composition is where errors creep in. INNORMA calculates those totals automatically and traces each contribution back to its source.

Use with IFRA checks

EU allergen reporting complements IFRA compliance review. INNORMA Regulatory Plus combines allergen reporting with the IFRA-centered workflow described on the IFRA compliance software page.
