Service Scope
INNORMA provides software tools for fragrance formula management, IFRA checks, EU fragrance allergen reports, chromatography-assisted review, and document generation.
INNORMA is developed and reviewed to ensure that its calculation logic, regulatory datasets, matching tools, and document generation work as intended. INNORMA is designed to provide a rigorous, current, and practical implementation of published fragrance regulatory checks, so users can work from structured calculations and professional documentation instead of manual spreadsheets and fragmented source documents.
User Responsibility for Data and Outputs
The user is responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and lawful use of the data entered into INNORMA and for reviewing all generated outputs before relying on them.
The correctness of any certificate, IFRA check, EU allergen report, chromatography-assisted review, or other output depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information entered or uploaded by the user.
The user is solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, lawful, and suitable formula data, ingredient percentages, CAS numbers, supplier information, allergen profiles, chromatogram data, intended use categories, report type, company details, and certificate settings.
If the user provides incorrect, incomplete, outdated, false, or misleading information, any output generated by INNORMA may also be incorrect or incomplete. The user remains responsible for reviewing all outputs before using, sharing, submitting, or relying on them.
Regulatory and Professional Review Disclaimer
INNORMA documents are not official approvals, certifications, or endorsements by IFRA, the European Union, national authorities, notified bodies, suppliers, toxicologists, safety assessors, or legal advisers.
INNORMA documents are software-generated documents based on applicable published standards, regulations, datasets, and user-provided information. They do not replace the user's own professional compliance, safety, supplier, toxicological, or legal review.
Access, Registration, and Payment
Public self-service registration and payment are not currently active. During the review and testing phase, access is manually controlled by INNORMA. Public paid checkout will be enabled only after the payment flow is ready.
When public paid checkout is enabled, INNORMA access will be sold as a recurring monthly or annual subscription. The applicable plan, billing period, renewal price, taxes, and payment provider will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Billing, Cancellation, and Refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. A user may cancel a subscription at any time through the billing portal, the payment receipt or subscription management link, or by contacting INNORMA at contact@innorma.eu.
Unless otherwise required by law or stated by the payment provider, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access remains available until that date.
Payments are generally non-refundable once access to the software has been provided, except where required by applicable consumer law, payment-provider rules, or where a material technical issue prevents access to the paid service and cannot be reasonably resolved.
Refund requests must be submitted through the payment provider's support flow or by contacting INNORMA at contact@innorma.eu. Approved refunds may result in termination of access to the refunded subscription period.
For EU/EEA, Swiss, UK, or other customers with mandatory statutory withdrawal or refund rights, those rights remain unaffected. If a payment provider acts as merchant of record, its buyer terms and refund policy also apply.

Personal data is processed to answer requests, provide user accounts, operate the formula workspace, generate reports, support the service, protect security, and manage billing where applicable.
More detail is available in the Privacy Policy. Refund and cancellation information is also available in the Refund Policy.
