Cancellation and refund policy

INNORMA subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Refund eligibility, billing terms, and consumer rights are described below.
Manual setup during early access
Public self-service checkout is not yet active. During this period, access is set up manually by INNORMA after direct contact.
Paid checkout will be enabled only after the payment flow is fully configured and the customer can review the plan, renewal period, price, taxes, and payment provider before completing payment.
Monthly or annual billing
INNORMA is sold as a recurring subscription, billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. The billing period, renewal price, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment is confirmed.
Cancellation
You can cancel through the billing portal, the payment receipt link, or by emailing contact@innorma.eu. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access remains available until that date.
Refund eligibility
Payments are generally non-refundable once access to the software has been provided. Exceptions apply where required by consumer protection law, payment-provider rules, or when a verified technical issue prevents access to the paid service and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
How to request a refund
Submit a request through the payment provider's support flow, or email contact@innorma.eu with your account email and any relevant payment receipt or subscription reference. Approved refunds may result in early termination of access for the refunded period.
Statutory consumer rights
If you are in the EU/EEA, Switzerland, the UK, or another jurisdiction with mandatory withdrawal or refund rights, those rights apply in full regardless of this policy. If a payment provider acts as merchant of record, its buyer protection terms also apply.
